What You Need

  • Plain white cups
  • Scissors
  • Googly eyes
  • Thread or yarn
  • Black marker
  • Glue
  • White paper

Directions

  1. Cut random zigzags across the bottom of your white sheet of paper.
  2. Cut upwards from the zigzags towards the top of the paper, but not the whole way to to the top. This will create hanging strips.
  3. Put glue around the inside of the white paper cup.
  4. Stick the paper with hanging strips to the glue inside of the white paper cup.
  5. Use a black marker to create a ghost face on the white paper cup. If you have googly eyes, you can add them to the face with glue.
  6. Poke a hole in the top of the cup.
  7. Thread some string into the cup and tie to hold string in place.
